Global Warming- Necessity To Use Non-Conventional Energy Resources
July 18th, 2007The conventional energies are produced from fossil resources- such as coal and petroleum. Due to the maximum use of such kind of energy, the total fund resources are going to be finished soon. So we must need to find and innovate technologies to develop more non-conventional energy sources. Scientists around the world are trying to do just that through innumerable development and research projects.
They are trying to convert those non-conventional energy resources into power electricity and other functional fuels. As because of the increment in urbanization and electrification of rural areas, there is a huge scarcity of electricity in
Mythologically as well as scientifically there is a valuable contribution of sun ray in the existence of all living being in the world. It not only enlightens at day time but also provides a huge amount of heat energy. Every hour the earth gets a lot of heat energy from the sun. This amount of heat is equivalent to the heat produced from 21,000 billions ton coal burning. The fund resources – such as coal and petroleum are decreasing day by day. So the scientist and engineers are interested to use solar energy more commercially. In an estimation, it was found that the amount of solar energy available in the
The dry, deserted areas of tropical countries are the best places for such production. LUZ in US is the world largest solar energy production plant. It is in the south-west
Human technologies are unable to use the ubiquitous solar energy received by the earth. Energy crises are not a problem at all, if that is possible. Apart from the conventional electric energy solar energy has other advantage also. Using of such energy reduces the production of green house gases.
Consequently, it is helpful to stop global warming also.
